Our practice is born out of the former KPMG search and selection business, a part of one of the largest business advisory firms worldwide. We therefore have extensive technical knowledge from within this key area and the ability to advise clients about the capability and cultural compatibility of high calibre professionals looking to utilise their skills within this market.
We consider ourselves to be a ‘tried and tested’ advisory practice having more than 30 years of experience in this market across our team, while, at the same time, demonstrating the drive, ambition and energy of a new company. Established in 2005, the media have referred to Active Human Capital as ‘new maturity on the block’.
