Corporate Social Responsibility

We have developed a Corporate Social Responsibility Policy as, in addition to understanding the necessity of operating a financially successful business, we also realise the importance of, and the responsibility we have towards, our Clients and candidates, our employees, society and the environment through our business dealings.

Code of Conduct

Our values help maintain standards of integrity and business conduct and service to complement objective business practices which are currently in place. Collectively these values reflected across the workforce make for a strong, solid team who is sincere about the requirements of the client and service them accordingly.

Active Human Capital actively encourages its people to become familiar with its values and, whilst adhering to them, reflect their understanding of them through their work and in accordance with a specific code of conduct.

This code should be observed consistently and our fellow workers encouraged to follow it.

Should any breach occur this will be investigated and may result in disciplinary action.
